ADVANTAGES:

As money is the primary need for human beings to meet their basic needs, everyone attempts to earn as much money as possible. The spend that an worker receives from his company is the main reason for his being in the job. This individual works to earn a living. His pays provide him a solid incentive to complete his task well. The employee's price of spend often indicates his position in the business. His income determine not simply his standard of living and the comforts that this individual and his friends and family can possess but as well his browsing the community. In addition, it determines what he can bring about community advancement and sociable welfare. His pays decide his getting power. With higher salary he can acquire more services and goods of his family. Large purchasing electrical power for the employees stimulates the availability of even more goods and increases the need for more services. Hence higher pay can lead to greater creation. An employee's pay should be commensurate along with his efforts. It should be equitable regarding what the other employees get for what they certainly; otherwise, this individual or the different employees will feel that they are being cheated. A good way to retain qualified employee's and maintain their spirits high is to plan income levels to be able to establish order, regularity of spend in relation to the jobs in the company and to all those in the additional business organizations in the neighborhood. One of the main origins of unhappiness among workers is the repayment of salaries not commensurate with the responsibilities in their work. Worker's and management may well agree on the principle of " equivalent pay for similar work”, but there is certain to be difference in its setup. The most common problem is how to know what jobs will be " equal” and how the many factors in evaluating careers should be scored to arrive at a great equitable level that will make it possible to pay a job according to its well worth.
